The Beginner Track is for those who are new to system design.
This track focuses on becoming aware of how collaborative and inclusive work practices coupled with system design increase productivity, employee well-being, and organizational performance. This track strengthens key organizational processes and leadership practices to support systems change while empowering people as designers in solutions. A project in the beginner track may focus on identifying key priorities for change; evaluating the effectiveness of a specific program, technology, or practice; or engaging in facilitated collaborative problem solving on a focused project. Engaging in this track sets you and your team up for more complex, strategic, and challenging projects.
